Players should pick up both Void Bombs when they appear and enter the Emptiness Between Stars, the Void Bomb will fizzle and not deal damage.Running over a Void Bomb will cause it to attach itself to the player, and explode after a short duration.Void Surge will tick four times for a large amount of damage.Void Bombs will be placed near players, and deal pulsing damage to nearby players for 20 seconds before it explodes with Void Surge.Move away from Scorching Bombs when they are placed.Several Scorching Bombs will be placed near the raid, which will deal damage to anyone standing near them for 12 seconds after which they explode with a Scorching Detonation. Players with Oppressing Howl who are struck will have their debuff removed and gain Seared, a dot which ticks a low amount of fire damage every second.Searing Breath will be cast 3 times in rapid succession.Scalecommander Sarkareth will cast a frontal attack which deals a burst of fire damage and applies a dispellable dot.Position Mass Disintegrate out of the raids path. If a player with Oppressing Howl is struck, they will become Disintegrated, which slows the player by 25% and deals arcane damage every 5 seconds.Mass Disintegrate will mark players with a debuff, then after 6 seconds it will cause their corresponding image to dash to them in a line, dealing damage to anyone in its path.Scalecommander Sarkareth will pick two targets to channel Mass Disintegrate into.All players should have their Oppressing Howl debuff cleared before this ability is cast.The boss will channel Glittering Surge for 8 seconds, dealing a large amount of damage to the raid.Assign a fourth of the raid to clear their debuff with each ability to avoid wiping.Each time Oppressing Howl is removed from a player it will trigger an Echoing Howl, dealing damage to the whole raid. The goal is to remove each players Oppressing Howl debuff before Glittering Surge is cast, which will stun the player and deal damage for 12 seconds if the player still has the debuff.Oppressing Howl can be removed by being hit Mass Disintegrate or Searing Breath.The boss will cast an Oppressing Howl, applying a debuff to every player which will enhance one of the boss’s abilities when that player is struck.A more in-depth description of the encounter can be found in the "Full Guide” section.
